Ride the Philippines Largest Castle
Largest Castle in the Philippines |
The Final season of Game of Thrones is finally happening in 2019 (thank God) but ever fancy what it's like being in Westeros for real? Travelling 85km+/- from Manila to Lemery may get you to live out that Game of Thrones fantasy with friends.
Getting in is P1,000 per 10 pax |
Instead of blowing a couple of hundred grand flying to Europe for an authentic experience, grab your motorbike, tag along 10 friends and get inside the massive never been opened Castle theme park for P1,000 bucks.
Now a popular venue for prenups |
Getting in solo or as a couple will still set you back P1,000, silly really but you can actually wait by the main entrance and grab strangers who might be interested getting in so you only pay but P100 per pax, and for P100, it's totally worth it.
Fulfil that Treehouse bridge crossing |
Fantasy World is huge, such a shame it never opened but despite having nothing in it, the abandoned Castle theme park is the closest thing you'll get to a Westeros like experience.
Courtyard view |
Grab some ride buddies, ride as a group of 10 and enjoy the cool air and the medieval view. For me, It's way prettier versus Enchanted Kingdom in Santa Rosa. Even with no rides in it, that P1,000 entrance fee for 10 pax is so totally worth it
Fronting Main Castle |
and the customary Ride and Fly video, strong winds that day so did a quick flyby
footage was leaning left, that was the wind trying to take my drone away from me
Getting there from Manila
Take Slex and Exit to Santa Rosa or Eton and head our to Diokno Hiway en toute to Lemery Batangas. It's that small road to the right en route to Canyonwoods. Fantasy World can be seen from far away, make that left turn a 45 degree downslope and be whisked away into your own Fairy Tale
Dont want to pay Toll Fees, you can take the Cavite Route but traffic can be horrendous, but come to think about it, any road to Tagaytay now is hell, just bring your favorite munchies and your good to go.
